Associate Specialist, Facility Management - GL C(m/w/x)

- University degree or equivalent qualification in Facility Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility management, administration or logistics

- Assist in implementing and monitoring Facility Management policies
- Provide data and analysis for Facility Management decision-making
- Support coordination of Shared Service Center activities
- Maintain documentation for safety and security components
- Provide administrative support for collaboration with partners
- Monitor processes to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Support day-to-day operations of Facility Management services
- Monitor performance of service providers and ensure standards are met
- Coordinate with landlords and external providers for service delivery
- Identify and report building defects for efficient resolution
- Support risk assessments and propose health and safety recommendations
- Coordinate with HR to produce health and safety reports
- Monitor new building works related to changes in use
- Identify actions to optimize floor space occupancy and reduce vacancy rates
