- •BA/BS or comparable working experience
- •1 year of professional experience
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

Tasks
- •Support sale administration and coordination
- •Act as a liaison for the Watch Department with internal and external clients
- •Generate consignment contracts and ensure compliance requirements
- •Coordinate with marketing and manage client account settlements
- •Collaborate with the Senior Administrator on task assignments
- •Issue consignor contracts and ensure they are fully signed
- •Request and track KYC documents and W8/W9 forms
- •Maintain and update auction tracking lists and consignor files
- •Record data using internal systems and coordinate with support functions
- •Ensure accurate post-sale and settlement processes with client accounting
- •Maintain department files, Excel files, and internal databases
- •Field department phone calls and answer client queries professionally
- •Organize previews and schedule dealer view appointments
- •Coordinate with watch specialists to maintain safe organization
- •Assist in the viewing room during sale week
- •Participate in telephone bidding
- •Perform ad-hoc duties as requested
