Requirements
- •Bachelor or Master degree in Biology or equivalent
- •Experience from IVD laboratory diagnostics business
- •Experience from sales preferable but not mandatory if having strong experience from molecular diagnostic field
- •Experience from molecular laboratory field mandatory
- •Strong experience maintaining and developing customer relationships
- •Fluency in English and German or French

Tasks
- •Acquire new business
- •Renew expiring contracts and negotiate prices
- •Establish value propositions and build business cases
- •Engage with customers post-sale
- •Develop relationships with key molecular lab stakeholders
- •Address customer requests and forward to the Service department
- •Advise customers on lab productivity and design
- •Maintain customer data in the CRM system and report activities
