- Deliver standard and tailored product demos
- Articulate Tebi’s core product features and ROI
- Execute commercial negotiations
- Use approved pricing frameworks
- Lead deep commercial and technical discovery
- Diagnose prospect pain points and technical fit
- Manage CRM data hygiene
- Track sales activities and deal stages
- Contribute to sales funnel optimisation
- Provide feedback on lead quality
- Standardise post-sale handoff process
- Ensure seamless transition to Customer Success
- Gather and analyse competitive intelligence
- Synthesise field-level product feedback
- Inform strategic roadmaps for Product, Marketing, and Central Ops
