Tasks

  • Drive the full sales cycle
  • Own opportunities from lead to activation
  • Conduct structured discovery calls
  • Identify key organisational goals and pain points
  • Deliver standard and tailored product demos
  • Articulate Tebi’s core product features and ROI
  • Execute commercial negotiations
  • Use approved pricing frameworks
  • Lead deep commercial and technical discovery
  • Diagnose prospect pain points and technical fit
  • Manage CRM data hygiene
  • Track sales activities and deal stages
  • Contribute to sales funnel optimisation
  • Provide feedback on lead quality
  • Standardise post-sale handoff process
  • Ensure seamless transition to Customer Success
  • Gather and analyse competitive intelligence
  • Synthesise field-level product feedback
  • Inform strategic roadmaps for Product, Marketing, and Central Ops
