Requirements
- 5+ years full-cycle closing experience (SaaS ideally)
- 3+ years selling to C-level executives
- Experience closing +$100k deals
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Strong product demonstration experience
- Current or previous selling into Finance stakeholders preferred
- Use of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
- Consistent track record hitting/exceeding sales targets
- Adaptability to fast-paced environment
- High adaptability to change in startup evolution
- Growth mindset
- Ability and desire to learn
- Ability to pivot skill sets based on business needs
- Strong German language proficiency
- Strong English language proficiency
Tasks
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and launch
- Develop strategies for closing opportunities in your territory
- Generate new meetings with potential customers through personalized outreach
- Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points
- Interface and sell to multiple personas within target organizations
- Articulate your value proposition and products using sales qualification standards
- Manage all sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
