Tasks

  • Own and manage large enterprise accounts
  • Sell to CFOs and HR leaders
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with broker consultants in co-selling
  • Coordinate handovers to the Broker Sales Team
  • Define and test new outbound sales channels
  • Write and refine sales processes and playbooks
  • Launch partnerships for referrals and expanded reach
  • Work with Marketing on ABM campaigns
  • Run webinars, workshops, and events
  • Represent grape at trade fairs and conferences
  • Build case studies and success stories
  • Complete Swiss insurance certification (VBV)
