- •Demonstrated ability to drive strategic upsell and cross-sell
- •Strong prospecting skills
- •Solid understanding of AI-powered solutions
- •Skilled at identifying new buying centers
- •Ability to engage cross-functionally
- •Ability to craft and communicate a holistic CX vision
- •Experience guiding customers through CX and AI maturity journeys
- •Proven ability to win executive sponsor buy-in
- •Strong account planning and opportunity qualification abilities
- •Executive presence with strong storytelling skills
- •Ability to influence diverse audiences

- •Drive expansion revenue for named accounts
- •Execute targeted growth strategies to increase Genesys' footprint
- •Manage the full sales cycle for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- •Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned to revenue goals
- •Accurately forecast sales to senior leadership and operations
- •Position Genesys' AI and cloud capabilities to address business challenges
- •Translate AI use cases into clear business value and ROI
- •Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored AI growth strategies
- •Map customer organizations to identify new stakeholders
- •Engage additional lines of business like digital, operations, and marketing
- •Create multi-threaded relationships to broaden influence
- •Proactively prospect within existing accounts to uncover whitespace
- •Identify new use cases and expansion pathways using insights
- •Develop holistic customer experience transformation visions
- •Win executive sponsorship by articulating value and business outcomes
- •Maintain comprehensive account plans including AI opportunities
- •Collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to execute strategies
- •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and executive levels
- •Conduct regular business reviews to guide customers on their CX journey
