- Start-up or scale-up environment experience
- Focus on SMB customers
- Proven track record as Account Executive
- Skills in targeted outbound lead generation
- Effective deal management skills
- Experience with SPIN, SPICED, MEDDPIC or BANT
- Ability to perform clean deal qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with decision-makers
- Creative entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent drive for hands-on initiatives
- Valuation of team collaboration
Tasks
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos
- Close deals with qualified leads
- Execute outbound strategies to generate leads
- Maintain a consistently full sales pipeline
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions
- Achieve sales targets to boost revenue
- Track activities in Hubspot for accurate reporting
