- •Maintain accurate employee data and cost center updates
- •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- •Execute local talent and learning initiatives
- •Translate business needs into organizational actions
- •Drive local engagement, CSR, and DEI activities
- •Support performance management and goal setting
- •Oversee employee benefits and vendor relationships
- •Coordinate relocation and immigration support
