Tasks
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations in Austria
- Implement global People initiatives and culture agendas
- Coach local leadership and employees
- Collaborate with People Partners and Centers of Excellence
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to scout local talent
- Resolve employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
- Provide guidance on HR policies and employment law
- Manage physical onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer payroll, contracts, and employment paperwork
- Liaise with local health and social insurance institutions
- Maintain accurate employee data and cost center updates
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Execute local talent and learning initiatives
- Translate business needs into organizational actions
- Drive local engagement, CSR, and DEI activities
- Support performance management and goal setting
- Oversee employee benefits and vendor relationships
- Coordinate relocation and immigration support
