- Fully qualified lawyer (Singapore, US, England & Wales, Switzerland, or commonwealth)
- At least 6 years transactional experience (leading law firm)
- Working knowledge advertising law (EU consumer protection)
- Experience drafting/negotiating marketing/promotions agreements
- Outstanding judgment
- Ability to manage complex issues quickly/effectively
- Excellent drafting skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong collaborative skills
- Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work well within teams
- Cross-functional/cross-cultural teamwork skills

Tasks
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize legal agreements.
- Manage risk and maximize business benefits.
- Ensure meticulous attention to legal details.
- Provide guidance on franchise disclosure and registration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable franchise laws.
- Coordinate and support legal opinions from local counsel.
- Provide regular training on legal matters.
- Support business teams on daily legal matters.
- Draft various letters and communications.
- Interpret legal documents.
- Update contract templates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Review and approve advertising and promotional materials.
- Ensure legal compliance of all marketing content.
- Collaborate with outside counsel on material review.
- Review and negotiate marketing agreements.
- Collaborate with outside counsel on negotiations.
- Perform other assigned legal and business duties.
