Tasks
- Create a culture of guest insights
- Collaborate with the global team to define the annual research plan
- Analyze marketing strategies and correlate them with sales
- Recommend key activities to drive business results
- Lead Brand Health Tracking, including vendor management and governance
- Own the global platform and oversee program expansion and innovation
- Integrate reporting and insights for better decision-making
- Identify opportunities based on guest experience and insights
- Develop research guidelines and toolkits for various methodologies
- Ensure standardized processes are used across all regions
