- Investment banking, PE, or M&A advisory experience
- Operating or corporate development exposure
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or CFA welcome but not required
- Exceptional financial modeling skills
- Build flexible, audit-ready models from scratch
- Comfortable with unit-level operating builds
- Comfortable with capital structures analysis
- Comfortable with returns analysis
- Comfortable with bespoke commercial mechanics
- Proven ability to lead workstreams independently
- Manage external counterparties
- Drive process to close
- Strong commercial instincts and judgment
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent verbal communication
- Comfortable presenting to senior executives
- Comfortable presenting to external counterparties
- Fluent in English
Tasks
- Lead financial workstreams on complex EMEA transactions
- Negotiate master franchise development agreements
- Manage restructurings and M&A diligence
- Support franchisee partners in capital markets
- Build financial models from first principles
- Develop bottom-up unit economics
- Create full operating model build-outs
- Analyze returns waterfalls and capital structures
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Negotiate commercial terms and development schedules
- Coordinate with legal, franchising, operations, and brand teams
- Develop investment memos and board materials
- Prepare executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor analysts and associates on the team
- Partner with brand business unit leaders
- Collaborate with regional CFOs and global Corporate Development
- Contribute to the EMEA growth roadmap
