Requirements

  • Strong background in storage, infrastructure, and Cloud technologies
  • Well-established network and deep understanding of regional partner landscape and competitive environment
  • Strong executive presence for communication, influence, and engagement across partner organizations
  • Proven conflict-resolution and negotiation skills for complex situations
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholders and leverage external networks
  • Fluent English
  • Native-level proficiency in Eastern European language or Turkish
  • Must be based in Vienna

Tasks

  • Own and execute NetApp’s channel strategy for Eastern Europe and Turkey
  • Engage, develop, and grow the partner ecosystem
  • Drive adoption of NetApp solutions and services
  • Ensure consistent revenue performance
  • Strengthen partner preference for NetApp
  • Build and maintain a multi-year regional channel strategy and business plan
  • Design structured activity plans with distributors
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation and quarterly revenue performance
  • Execute and track tactical initiatives for bookings growth
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and overall partner health
  • Lead executive-level engagement between partners and NetApp sales
  • Co-create targeted pursuit strategies with Sales teams
  • Expand market penetration and increase Share of Wallet
  • Position NetApp’s value, competitive differentiation, and long-term business impact
  • Orchestrate comprehensive enablement programs for partner teams
  • Support partners in building specialized services practices
  • Ensure partners are fully equipped to sell and deliver NetApp solutions
  • Activate and manage company initiatives and incentive programs
  • Manage dedicated partner resources across the ecosystem
  • Drive continuous expansion and retention strategies
  • Maximize long-term customer value and recurring revenue
