  • Knowledge of MSP, TSP, security-focused tech markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Organised, detail-oriented, effective prioritising partners
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, modern sales tooling
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding client satisfaction/retention targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), reporting software

Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of Nordic MSP partners
  • Act as primary commercial contact for partners
  • Operate within a distributor-aligned sales model
  • Build and maintain long-term partner relationships
  • Serve as escalation point for commercial issues
  • Achieve annual sales targets
  • Drive growth through upsell and cross-sell
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Negotiate contract terms and discounts
  • Qualify and develop sales opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Track key metrics and partner performance
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
  • Develop territory and account plans
  • Segment partners by ICP fit and growth potential
  • Align with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Follow ConnectWise sales methodology
  • Engage in regular outbound partner interactions
