- At least 3 years of direct sales experience
- At least 3 years of key account management experience
- Experience in network infrastructure
- Experience in industrial IoT
- Experience in OEM-focused business models
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel frequently
Tasks
- Grow sales through direct engagement with key customers
- Manage customers and opportunities in DACH, France, and Italy
- Focus on network infrastructure, out-of-band solutions, embedded compute, and IIoT
- Drive revenue growth with strategic end-customers and OEM key accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans
- Identify and close high-value opportunities
- Navigate complex sales cycles and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Acquire targeted new customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights and strategic guidance
- Organize and lead regular business and technical reviews
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams
- Align with Field Application Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Support
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and progress reports
- Share field insights to inform product development and business planning
- Achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans
- Grow and manage the opportunity pipeline to 3x target revenue
- Develop and maintain a regional go-to-market strategy
