Anforderungen

  • Proven track record building and leading high-performing sales organizations
  • Experience in digital engagement ecosystems (SaaS, martech, media, advertising technology, agencies, or adjacent)
  • Strong consultative, outcome-driven selling mindset
  • Consistent revenue growth results
  • Proven track record managing large, geographically dispersed teams
  • Delivering results in a high-performance environment
  • Experience working within or alongside large enterprise organizations
  • Ability to navigate complex corporate structures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Ability to implement effective coaching and performance management processes
  • Deep understanding of digital engagement environments
  • Deep understanding of retail and commerce environments
  • Deep understanding of media and advertising ecosystems
  • Experience with SaaS business models
  • Deep advertiser-side, agency, or media-platform experience may be considered
  • Exceptional relationship builder
