Anforderungen

  • Excellent commercial payments experience and knowledge
  • Trusted advisor with consultative business development approach
  • Deep understanding of B2B payment flows and business needs
  • Multi-year success introducing and selling B2B payments solutions
  • In-depth experience creating and managing business development strategies
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with multinational customers
  • Strong collaborator building internal and external partnerships
  • Track record in achieving business growth targets
  • Comfortable with roles requiring discretion, integrity, and agility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environment
  • High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree

Aufgaben

  • Drive Commercial revenue for Mastercard across Europe
  • Develop business opportunities with large national, regional, and global companies
  • Collaborate with issuers’ Large Market Corporate sales teams
  • Establish close working relationships with Mastercard stakeholders
  • Leverage T&E and B2B products to drive incremental volume
  • Meet strategic product and sales objectives
  • Consult with existing issuers and local market stakeholders
  • Drive new scalable opportunities in commercial payments
  • Build relationships with large corporations to develop sales pipeline
  • Support CS BD team and Mastercard Account Managers
  • Manage and grow corporate sales pipeline for T&E and B2B spend
  • Form strong relationships with issuer sales teams focused on Large Market corporates
  • Partner on driving sales pipeline for B2B and T&E volume
  • Build in-depth corporate payments insight
  • Understand value-chain players, customer pain points, and payment/data flows
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance Mastercard’s relevance and presence
  • Accelerate sale and adoption of Commercial products to corporations
  • Create market sales plan with clear objectives and KPIs
  • Align Commercial sales strategies and pipeline management globally
  • Coordinate with other regional and global Commercial salespeople
  • Enhance business development relationships with industry and corporations
  • Organize and participate in T&E and B2B forums, webinars, and conferences
  • Set Commercial and B2B sales strategy through segmented approach
  • Focus on banks, corporates, and partners
