- Support global marketing and communications strategy
- Identify and initiate projects for CE Integrated Marketing Communications
- Appoint and guide project leaders
- Coach project delivery across complex stakeholder environments
- Provide leadership to Mastercard marketing and communications teams
- Direct cross-functional teams beyond marketing
- Guide agency leadership and account/support teams
- Build relationships with other organizational parts
- Champion cluster needs for resources and support
- Oversee cluster sponsorship contract negotiations
- Drive marketing value proposition
- Attend and speak at events
- Participate in customer executive steercos
- Contribute to RFPs
- Position Mastercard as a leading global brand
