- Hands on mentality
- Experience in risk management
- Willingness to travel across EMEA region
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Strategic mindset with ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and geographies
Aufgaben
- Oversee engineering activities for Wind, Solar, and BESS projects in the EMEA region
- Provide functional and organizational management for assigned engineers and leads
- Organize regional engineering support for projects and expert tasks
- Define priorities for technical tasks and projects
- Engage in critical technical tasks and projects
- Facilitate smooth communication between engineers and interfaces like PDs, PMs, TPLs, Procurement, and Construction
- Ensure adherence to processes and standards
- Follow up on lessons learned with project teams
- Contribute to new developments, optimizations, and standards
- Perform design verification and optimization
- Oversee cost calculations
- Focus on CAPEX optimization and cost savings through engineering
