- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region
Aufgaben
- Oversee construction activities for Solar, Wind, and BESS projects
- Lead regional construction strategies across EMEA
- Supervise execution of construction activities in the region
- Act as primary interface with Country Construction Leads
- Ensure consistency in execution, standards, and reporting
- Align construction practices across projects and countries
- Monitor adherence to construction standards, HSEQ, and quality frameworks
- Track regional construction KPIs and support improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the Team Lead On-site Construction for coordination
- Lead resource planning and allocation for Construction Managers
- Engage in hands-on construction activities with regular site travel
- Represent the Construction function in regional forums and governance
