- Assess risks and cost implications for EPC contracting structures
- Support market and project selection for storage turnkey sales
- Provide key commercial and technical inputs for project selection
- Define financial requirements and profit margins for storage solutions
- Collaborate with local teams and Project Managers on turnkey sales concepts
- Collect and integrate lessons learned from EPC activities
- Share insights with technical teams regarding contract templates
- Coordinate information flow between various teams
