- Solid understanding of electrical standards, grid requirements, and safety regulations related to energy storage projects
- Ability to analyze and size technical systems, review engineering documentation, and develop structured design guidelines
- Experience collaborating with suppliers, reviewing technical specifications, and contributing to commercial discussions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, protection concepts, or commissioning procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong analytical and documentation skills
- Fluency in business English; additional languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

- Lead the lifecycle of BESS systems from concept to commissioning
- Support supplier selection and technical evaluations

- Define and ensure compliance with internal electrical standards
