- Set direction, standards, and culture
- Own technical and operational performance
- Ensure BESS availability, degradation, and dispatch optimization
- Define operational procedures and safety standards
- Enforce maintenance strategies for battery assets
- Optimize revenue by collaborating with trading and market teams
- Manage relationships with EPC contractors, O&M providers, OEMs, and grid operators
- Oversee asset performance reporting and KPI dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to senior management and investors
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational incidents
- Resolve technical issues and warranty claims
- Monitor regulatory and grid code developments
- Ensure operational compliance with EMEA regulations
- Build scalable operational processes
- Develop digital tooling for portfolio growth
- Monitor market requirements
- Develop new service offerings
- Support go-to-market strategies
