- Fluency in English; other languages are a strong advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed
Aufgaben
- Lead the contracting strategy for construction activities in EMEA
- Develop and standardize contract templates and negotiation guidelines
- Oversee tendering and contractor pre-qualification processes
- Manage contract execution and ongoing oversight for various contracts
- Maintain a portfolio of qualified contractors to mitigate risks
- Implement contract management processes and provide training to local teams
- Monitor contract performance and manage risks, claims, and disputes
- Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams for proactive contract management
- Provide strategic input on contracting trends and market pricing benchmarks
