In this role, you will oversee the execution of complex renewable energy projects across Europe, with a focus on German initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that projects meet quality and budget standards.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in engineering, renewable energy, project management, or comparable field
• •Proven track record of managing complex renewable energy projects (ideally PV, Wind, and/or BESS) in Europe
• •Strong leadership and coordination skills
• •Experience with internal investment processes and presenting to senior stakeholders
• •Ability to manage external stakeholders and build trust-based relationships
• •Familiarity with regulatory and market frameworks in major European energy markets
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Structured, organised and proactive way of working
• •Excellent communication skills in English and German
• •Willingness to travel within Europe

• •Manage complex utility scale renewable energy projects across Europe
• •Focus on German projects initially
• •Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution from late-stage development to commercial operations
• •Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• •Prepare and submit internal investment approvals
• •Present project opportunities to senior management
• •Guarantee compliance with internal processes and quality standards
• •Manage contracts and relationships with external advisors and contractors
• •Act as main point of contact for local stakeholders
• •Maintain proactive risk identification and mitigation planning
• •Ensure structured project handover to Operation and Asset Management teams
