- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Experience with internal investment processes and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage external stakeholders and build trust-based relationships
- Familiarity with regulatory and market frameworks in major European energy markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Structured, organised and proactive way of working
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Willingness to travel within Europe
Aufgaben
- Manage complex utility scale renewable energy projects across Europe
- Focus on German projects initially
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution from late-stage development to commercial operations
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Prepare and submit internal investment approvals
- Present project opportunities to senior management
- Guarantee compliance with internal processes and quality standards
- Manage contracts and relationships with external advisors and contractors
- Act as main point of contact for local stakeholders
- Maintain proactive risk identification and mitigation planning
- Ensure structured project handover to Operation and Asset Management teams
