- Manage the full-cycle hiring pipeline
- Recruit for technical and non-technical roles
- Source talent via LinkedIn and specialized communities
- Build pipelines through networking and advanced tools
- Advise founders and team leads on job scopes
- Define ideal candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Coach interviewers on unbiased and effective practices
- Ensure a fast and transparent candidate journey
- Maintain high engagement throughout the hiring process
- Manage data hygiene in the Ashby ATS
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics
- Optimize hiring efficiency through pipeline health data
