- •Experience in active sourcing and closing talent
- •Independent management of TA projects and OKRs
- •Experience advising and challenging senior management
- •Ability to enhance ATS operations and documentation
- •Fluent German, excellent English, and Berlin presence
- •2-5 years of professional experience
