  • 4+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in tech, e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth environments (ideally)
  • Proven track record hiring complex/business-critical/niche roles
  • Strong experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, pipeline building
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic sparring partner capability
  • Experience in fast-scaling environments
  • High ownership and ambiguity tolerance
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to translate recruiting data into insights
  • Advanced proficiency in modern TA tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Business German B2 or higher
