- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Support offer processes
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
- Support talent acquisition initiatives
- Attract top talent across technical and business functions
- Handle candidate communications
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Update applicant tracking systems and internal databases
- Assist with onboarding activities
- Support new hires during their transition
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Generate reports for the Talent Acquisition team
- Coordinate Talent Acquisition processes
- Support compliance-related activities for Talent Acquisition
