- Improve the infrastructure-as-a-service delivery approach
- Act as the IT operational infrastructure contact
- Own service provision for major engineering activities
- Coordinate teams to instantiate infrastructure services
- Release new services into operations
- Enhance service design and transition processes
- Focus on continual service improvement internal processes
- Align delivery needs with strategic goals
- Manage complex IT infrastructure systems
- Build relationships and engage at all levels
