- ICDs (Interface Control Documents) preparation and maintenance capability
- Knowledge of satellite ground segment system engineering, software life-cycles, and standards
- Knowledge of project management processes and standards
- Requirements definition, management, traceability with dedicated tools (e.g. DOORS)
- IV&V experience for complex systems
- Testing coordination, execution, and verification activities experience
- Knowledge in AI/ML technologies, models, and supporting SW frameworks
- Knowledge in data distribution and dissemination
- Knowledge in ground segment monitoring
- Knowledge in archive systems
- Knowledge in computer systems, network systems, and IT security
- High degree of working autonomy
- Practical knowledge in project management standards and frameworks (e.g. PMI PMBOOK, PRINCE2)
- English fluency
- Practical knowledge in configuration control
Aufgaben
- Support defining, tracing, and maintaining technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain design, implementation, and integration plans.
- Support planning, executing, and documenting IV&V activities.
- Create test cases and procedures for IV&V.
- Coordinate configuration baselines across systems.
- Provide engineering support for the full project lifecycle.
- Manage project initiation, planning, and execution.
- Monitor and control project progress.
- Manage project closure.
- Ensure projects deliver on time.
- Ensure projects stay within budget.
- Ensure projects meet quality and scope.
- Define and maintain a ground segment service portfolio.
- Tailor services for specific customers and ground segments.
- Develop ML/AI software applications.
- Provide system engineering and project management support for EUMETSAT MME services.
- Manage Ground Segment hardware monitoring.
- Manage Ground Segment hardware reporting.
- Manage Satellite monitoring.
- Manage Ground Station monitoring.
