You will drive the end-to-end evolution of global ground stations by leading system design, managing contractors, and coordinating a technical team to ensure high-performance satellite data delivery.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
• •Effective English and basic French skills
• •Experience in ground stations engineering
• •Expertise in RF and TT&C
• •Familiarity with ECSS and CCSDS standards
• •Experience in Ground Stations V&V activities
• •Coordination of international teams
• •Experience in project management and procurements
• •Advantageous experience in ground stations maintenance
• •Nationality of a EUMETSAT Member State

Aufgaben

• •Lead specification and requirements definition activities
• •Manage procurement and contractor development activities
• •Execute Verification and Validation testing
• •Implement transition plans for operational deployment
• •Manage engineering service contracts
• •Coordinate a small team of engineers
• •Verify end-to-end ground station performance
• •Update and evolve baseline documentation
• •Develop long-term harmonization roadmaps
