- Manage environment promotion and change approvals
- Integrate DevSecOps controls into pipelines
- Manage secrets and policy-as-code requirements
- Align CI/CD components with strategic goals
- Produce change plans and implementation guides
- Quality-assure contributions from internal contractors
- Translate user needs into technical designs
