- Proven Cloud Engineer experience
- Hands-on public cloud services experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) or private cloud solutions (OpenStack)
- Proficiency with automation and IaC tools (TerraForm, CloudFormation, Puppet, Ansible)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline)
- Very good knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and tools (PodMan, Docker, k8s)
- Very good knowledge of cloud and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong understanding of systems and networking concepts, security best practices, system engineering and administration
- Very good knowledge of Linux and modern distributions (RedHat, Ubuntu)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proactivity
- Consolidated problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in European space industry environment
- Strong technical writing skills, especially for technical documentation
- Very good knowledge of mainstream COTS for HW, tools, and SW in cloud computing and Dev(Sec)Ops
- Knowledge of FinOps principles, tools, and techniques
- Experience in defining technical proposals for ITTs
- Knowledge of relevant standards (ECSS)
- Willingness to take on challenges and grow career in cloud computing
