As a Senior People Business Partner, you will partner with People Managers to drive organizational development and change initiatives, while providing strategic insights to support leadership and foster growth within the business unit.

Anforderungen

• •Several years of relevant work experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar HR role
• •Genuine interest in people and various roles
• •Ability to drive new frameworks, processes, and projects
• •Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
• •Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• •Willingness to meet stakeholders onsite regularly
• •Background in Systemic Coaching/Systemic Design/Mediation or German labour law knowledge
• •Exposure to different international markets, ideally in tech or automotive

• •Navigate stakeholder relationships to balance priorities
• •Establish connections with stakeholders for business growth
• •Guide change processes to ensure optimal outcomes
