Managing employee lifecycle and HR transformations for a mobility tech provider. Several years of operational HR experience and German labor law knowledge required. Hybrid work, flexible hours, and remote work from outside Germany.

- Experience from a dynamic environment
- Experience with HR transformations or change processes
- Openness to HR transformations or change processes
- Familiarity with German labor law
- Familiarity with regulatory issues
- Understanding of daily business needs
- Proficient use of HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Lucca, etc.)
- Experience with new tool introductions
- Very good Excel skills
- Experience with process optimization
- Experience with automation
- Knowledge of personnel controlling
- Experience collaborating with works council
- Tracking current HR trends and developments
- Proactive introduction of innovative solutions
- Very good communication skills in German
- Very good communication skills in English
- Broad spectrum of experiences, skills, and interests
Aufgaben
- Support MOIs in all personnel-related matters
- Ensure excellent employee experience
- Comply with legal and internal guidelines
- Implement personnel actions in SAP/SuccessFactors
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Lead People Team projects
- Introduce new benefits and tools
- Maintain and optimize HR tools
- Identify process improvements for efficiency
- Create reports and analyses for leaders
- Serve as primary contact for billing and personnel queries
- Document processes in Miro, Confluence, or Akarion
