- Curious about AI and automation, ideally with proven examples of using them to increase efficiency and scalability
- Hands-on experience in AI for operational excellence in People Ops

- Lead and coach People Operations Specialists
- Build capability and culture of continuous improvement
- Manage key People Operations topics
- Handle escalated cases
- Ensure Germany processes align with global model
- Act as backup for global team lead
- Drive process improvements
- Enhance German employee experience
- Increase compliance and efficiency
- Own Germany audit requests
- Ensure compliance readiness
- Partner with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with external counsel
- Lead German labor law reviews
- Translate legal requirements into operational standards
- Create and update local policies
- Ensure policy rollout and adoption
