- Several years experience as HR/People Business Partner or comparable role with strategic exposure
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and practical application
- Experience leading and implementing People projects
- Analytical thinking, informed decision-making, curiosity about HR tech and innovative tools (plus)
- Understanding of People work areas, balancing business needs and cultural impact
- Clear communication, stakeholder collaboration, comfort in challenging discussions
- Business fluent German and English
Aufgaben
- Serve as a strategic sparring partner for business areas
- Translate business needs into company-wide People strategies
- Analyze business units for patterns, risks, opportunities
- Convert insights into concrete actions
- Collaborate closely with the Works Council
- Negotiate framework agreements as needed
- Drive and implement leadership development initiatives
- Drive and implement performance initiatives
- Drive and implement culture initiatives
- Support organizational change processes
- Guide teams through growth, restructuring, or integration
- Ensure consistent application of People standards
- Maintain a pragmatic, business-oriented approach
