- Strong partner sales expertise
- Ability to build multithreaded relationships
- Deep experience orchestrating joint go-to-market motions
- 8+ years of experience in alliances, partner sales, or channel management
- Strong understanding of the VAR ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex partnerships
- Experience driving co-sell and co-marketing programs
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities
- Ability to travel approx. 60% to partner sites
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Experience in CCaaS, CX, AI, or cloud-based customer experience platforms
- Familiarity with partner methodologies and enterprise sales frameworks
- Established network across Germany’s ecosystem of VARs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute joint business plans with each VAR
- Map partner organizations to build multithreaded relationships
- Drive partner enablement across products and AI use cases
- Launch partner playbooks to support solution positioning
- Orchestrate joint marketing programs and co-selling motions
- Ensure consistent deal registration and partner pipeline development
- Lead partner-led and co-sell opportunities through the sales cycle
- Remove blockers and coordinate cross-functional resources
- Run structured monthly pipeline reviews with top VARs
- Track and manage partner KPIs and compliance
