- Proven success in pipeline generation (enterprise/mid-market)
- Experience managing inbound and outbound lead flows
- Business-level fluency in German
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong understanding of German business culture
- Strong understanding of consultative sales environments
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- CRM discipline
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience using modern sales engagement platforms

- Ability to work effectively across multiple GTM functions

- Develop targeted account strategies
- Qualify and convert marketing leads
- Research and engage key decision-makers
- Support account planning with Account Executives
- Identify whitespace and multi-threaded engagement
- Collaborate on regional marketing campaigns
- Work with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Identify expansion signals and new opportunities
- Articulate Genesys’ CX solutions value
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Track and report on sales activities
- Provide market feedback and insights
- Meet and exceed KPIs
