Prospecting for AI-powered customer experience platform sales. Outbound IT/Cloud sales experience required. Independence and ownership of work.
Anforderungen
- Outbound prospecting/inside sales experience in IT/Cloud solutions
- Salesforce.com or other CRM platform experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills
- Effective time management, task prioritization, and deadline adherence with little supervision
- Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
- Ability to gather and use data for decision making and persuasion
- Ability to develop compelling, results-driven strategies with strong attention to detail
- Experience and deep understanding of front line sales development
- Good technical aptitude and genuine interest in technology
- Ability to swiftly learn product solutions and industry knowledge
- Fluent German and English
- Resourcefulness and ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
Aufgaben
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Use inbound and outbound prospecting techniques
- Support cross-functional alignment with Sales
- Manage and nurture leads
- Conduct research on companies for lead generation
- Update CRM with key information
- Assign nurture paths and follow-up strategies
- Work with Sales Account Executives on targeted customers
- Qualify opportunities using BANT/MEDDPICC criteria
- Transform Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Opportunities
- Cultivate and educate prospective buyers
- Develop account plans for target customers
- Articulate value and uncover needs at all organizational levels
- Nurture leads until they are sales-ready
- Provide product information and discuss value
- Schedule product demonstrations and intro meetings
- Position Genesys as a global provider
- Achieve aggressive quarterly targets
- Follow up on leads promptly
- Maintain and expand the prospect database
- Update SFDC with current lead status
- Take live chats and phone calls
- Follow up on leads from various sources
- Ask for referrals
- Create opportunities in CRM
- Assign opportunities to appropriate sales teams
- Use lead nurturing processes for ICP accounts
- Search internal and external databases for key contacts
