Aufgaben

  • Act as a consultative sales professional
  • Take ownership of dedicated key accounts
  • Position the full Genesys solution portfolio
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline
  • Secure net-new business
  • Drive revenue growth in key accounts
  • Achieve annual sales targets
  • Convert key account opportunities into won business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account clients
  • Participate in complex and consultative sales engagements
  • Sell complex software solutions to Healthcare & Public Sector clients
  • Jointly develop account and opportunity plans using MEDDPICC
  • Generate sales-driven pipeline with strong outbound outreach
  • Orchestrate a cross-functional team and partner ecosystem
  • Identify customer and project demands
  • Map customer demands to the Genesys portfolio
  • Collaborate as a team player and leader of virtual teams
  • Orchestrate and win complex sales cycles
  • Take revenue responsibility and carry a sales quota
  • Engage with internal cross-functional teams post-sales
  • Manage initial phases of post-sales support
  • Ensure proper implementation setup
