Anforderungen

  • BA or MA degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management or related field
  • Several years of FMCG marketing, trade marketing, brand activation or commercial marketing experience
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong understanding of retail, shopper marketing and omnichannel activation
  • Hands-on mentality, strong communication and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus

Aufgaben

  • Drive local brand activations and campaigns
  • Implement global strategies in retail and digital channels
  • Lead and develop the local Marketing Activation team
  • Launch new products with Sales and international teams
  • Create engaging shopper and in-store experiences
  • Build strong partnerships with retail customers
  • Manage local media, influencer, and activation initiatives
  • Convert market and consumer insights into growth opportunities
  • Own local marketing budgets and performance tracking
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand execution
