Experiential Marketing Manager(m/w/x)
Concept development and production for European automotive flagship events, launches, and VIP experiences. 5+ years experience in premium automotive or luxury retail environments required. Car sharing and lease mobility program.
Anforderungen
- Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, events, or customer experience
- Proven track record in premium automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or high-end retail environments
- Strong expertise in event design and production, project management, agency leadership, and budget ownership
- Solid understanding of premium brand standards, European market dynamics, retail experience design, and GDPR-compliant data capture
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring brand lift, NPS, conversion, and ROI
- Fluency in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
- Hands-on, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and strong hospitality mindset
Aufgaben
- Define and deliver the European experiential roadmap
- Lead concept development and production for flagship events
- Execute launches, test drive programs, pop-ups, and VIP experiences
- Design and enhance experiential elements across various touchpoints
- Select and manage agencies and suppliers
- Negotiate commercial terms and oversee delivery quality
- Collaborate with PR, Digital, CRM, Product, Sales, and Global Creative
- Define KPIs and capture customer feedback and engagement data
- Measure ROI and optimize concepts and formats
- Manage budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
- Ensure GDPR-compliant data capture and legal alignment
- Develop playbooks, toolkits, and training for consistent execution
