Anforderungen
- 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing role in EDA
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with Altium or other PCB ECAD Library/component management
- Ability to engage customers at business level, drive alignment and execution
- High effectiveness in matrix management organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PLM expertise preferred
- German fluency preferred
- Strategic thinking and influence on decisions/policies
- Customer empathy and insight translation
- Action-oriented mindset and project management skills
- Proactive drive for continuous improvement
- Deadline ownership and project timeline management
Aufgaben
- Train, guide, and coach customers through the myAltium engagement process
- Provide detailed project management for implementation
- Ensure customer ongoing success post-deployment
- Drive and increase adoption and usage of AES using client and product knowledge
- Serve as the post-sale point of contact for customers during AES implementation
- Collaborate with Customer Success and R&D for issue resolution and value-added solutions
- Handle escalations of implementation and customer productivity blocking issues
- Coordinate issue resolution activities with Sales, TAMs, R&D, and Customer Success
- Resolve software issues with the highest impact on customers and business
- Build excellent customer relationships and influence adoption of best practices
- Work with Account Managers to reduce churn and enable client expansion, renewal, and retention
- Act as a customer advocate
- Promote a customer-focused culture across Altium
