Anforderungen
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years managing technical projects, desirably software implementations, managing risk, scope, quality, and budget
- Experience delivering project results to external clients, desirably in a professional services context (billable)
- Experience working on complex projects, including those requiring multi-vendor coordination
- Excellent German written and verbal communication, assertive interaction with all organizational levels
- Strong negotiation, planning, and project reporting skills
- Ability to deliver according to forecast and manage project impact on company revenues
- PMP or similar accreditation highly desired
- SaaS Implementation experience preferred
Aufgaben
- Lead project implementations and ad-hoc projects
- Define and manage product implementation and expansion projects
- Interact with clients to install, optimize, or modify solutions
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from kickoff to closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Create and update project documentation using internal tools
- Communicate project status, progress, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular client meetings to gather requirements and provide updates
- Guide clients through IT infrastructure preparation
- Manage client expectations and foster positive relationships
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Use AI and automation tools to improve work processes
- Identify repeatable use cases for automation tools
- Enhance output quality and drive business outcomes with evolving tools
