Anforderungen

  • 10+ years experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, sales strategy, revenue operations, industry consulting, or commercial roles
  • Deep expertise in enterprise industry verticals with growth track record
  • Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven insights and strategy
  • Direct experience in commercial GTM roles selling or supporting B2B software
  • Experience designing territories, setting quotas, building compensation plans
  • Track record building sales capacity models, productivity frameworks, headcount planning
  • Extensive experience with enterprise CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools
  • Ability to influence and partner with C-level and senior sales leadership
  • Track record developing industry-specific frameworks, sales plays, value propositions
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field
  • Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies, GTM or vertical sales
  • Background in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software
  • Track record scaling sales organizations through 3x+ growth in B2B software
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience building industry-specific go-to-market motions
  • Track record scaling sales organizations through 3x+ growth in B2B software
  • Direct enterprise sales or sales engineering experience
  • Experience with emerging technologies (AI, ML)
  • Management consulting experience in industry strategy or commercial excellence
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
