Onboarding battery suppliers and coordinating on-site health assessments for a battery lifecycle platform. Network in scrapyard, auto-repair, or battery sourcing required. Frequent travel across Germany and EU.
Anforderungen
- Experience and network in scrapyard, auto-repair, or battery sourcing
- Interest or experience in battery industry and automotive sectors
- Track record of closing contracts with relevant operators
- Strong negotiation, contract-management, and stakeholder-management skills
- Hands-on attitude and comfort with field visits
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Experience in GreenTech, platform business, or Energy-Tech startups
- Technical background in battery chemistry or diagnostics
- Fluent German and English
- Existing network in European battery-scrap ecosystem
- Knowledge of EU WEEE regulations
- Experience with CRM and data-visualisation tools
- Passion for electric mobility and sustainable energy
Aufgaben
- Identify and onboard diverse battery suppliers across Germany and the EU
- Ensure all trading partners conduct digital transactions via the platform
- Negotiate spot purchases and long-term supply agreements
- Coordinate on-site battery health and safety assessments with technical partners
- Maintain a live database of supplier capacity and pricing trends
- Align sourcing targets with demand from OEMs and energy-storage companies
- Prepare sourcing reports and dashboards for leadership and investors
- Represent the company at industry events and recycling associations
- Provide market insights to the product and technology teams
- Support strategic marketing campaigns and targeted outreach efforts
