Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience
- •10+ years’ experience in commercial roles with strong customer focus
- •Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution
- •Ambition to drive superior business results and customer-centric approach
- •Resilience in dynamic market and maintaining focus under pressure
- •Experience in structured environments with rigorous commercial processes
- •Experience in B2B sectors serving end consumers or in packaging, printing, or labels
- •Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication and ability to influence
- •Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- •Native German and English; German is a plus

- •Report to the Sales Director – Rolls Central Europe
- •Collaborate with the central commercial team
- •Achieve sales targets, including margin and pricing policy implementation
- •Manage commercial activities, including price conditions and order negotiation
- •Oversee sales operational tasks such as order entry and service control
- •Drive specialty development and project management for innovative solutions
- •Manage and develop the current client portfolio to increase sales and contribution margin
- •Acquire new clients and support them in identifying solutions
- •Build long-term relationships with accounts for distinctive service levels
- •Contribute to deploying the commercial strategy tailored to the local market
