Commercial activities for a specific product line in Central Europe, overseeing pricing, order negotiation, and sales operations. 10+ years commercial experience with proven sales and margin track record required. Regional travel within Southern Germany, direct reporting to Sales Director Central Europe.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial roles with strong customer focus
- Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution
- Ambition to drive superior business results and customer-centric approach
- Resilience in dynamic market and maintaining focus under pressure
- Experience in structured environments with rigorous commercial processes
- Experience in B2B sectors serving end consumers or in packaging, printing, or labels
- Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication and ability to influence
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Native German and English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Report to the Sales Director – Rolls Central Europe
- Collaborate with the central commercial team
- Achieve sales targets, including margin and pricing policy implementation
- Manage commercial activities, including price conditions and order negotiation
- Oversee sales operational tasks such as order entry and service control
- Drive specialty development and project management for innovative solutions
- Manage and develop the current client portfolio to increase sales and contribution margin
- Acquire new clients and support them in identifying solutions
- Build long-term relationships with accounts for distinctive service levels
- Contribute to deploying the commercial strategy tailored to the local market
